When submitting a helpdesk ticket, please provide as much detail about the error you are experiencing so that we may troubleshoot the issue further. Here are a few things to always provide when submitting a helpdesk ticket:

>> Your Student ID Number (if available) or the last four digits of your Social Security Number
>> Course Number and Term
>> Provide the specific page(s) and/or URL web addresses where you are experiencing errors
>> Library Issues? Please be sure to specify if you are accessing the information from a home or work computer.
>> Attach any error messages you receive by clicking on the Browse button.
